SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 72 hours. Youwill receive a notification when your order has been shipped.If we are experiencing a significant delay in your shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Click and Collect – Free

You can collect your purchase in store at 25 Station Road, Hebburn, Tyne and Wear, NE31 1LA free of charge. After placing your order and select collection at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection from 12noon the next business day. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect.

Delivery (UK only)

We offer standard delivery on all purchases. If you require your purchase next day, please give us a call on 07572797915 and we will do our best to meet your request.

We offer free delivery on orders over £100. Delivery costs for all orders under £100 will be subject to delivery charges. These will be automatically added once you select your delivery option at the checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a Royal Mail tracking number.
