RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Station Boutique. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 28 calendar days to return your item from the date you received/collect it for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please include your order reference number with all returned items and return to:

25 Station Road, Hebburn, Tyne and Wear, NE31 1LA.

EXCHANGE

We offer exchanges on all unused items. 

If you do require an exchange, please email your exchange request to stationboutique25@gmail.com. We will then process the request and make sure replacement items are available.
